Fit Paddling

Tone, gain muscle mass, have fun, improve proprioception or simply relax with the Fit Paddling floating gym

Fit Paddling is a water fitness discipline based on the principles of whole-body balance applied to the execution of different training routines (Stand Up Paddling, Yoga, Pilates, etc.) on a floating board where coordination and balance play a major role.

The Fit Paddling Program designed for ‘H2O’ consists in different group classes mainly based on ages and abilities. These classes are:

Fit Paddling Classic, Fit Paddling Intensive, Fit Paddling Kids and Teens, Fit Paddling Golden Heart.

All classes are led by an International Fit Paddling Certified Instructor.
